Here's the Guild photo from the weekend. A bunch of us polished up our gear and gathered outside Ironforge to get our picture taken. This may become a semi-regular event, and we look forward to seeing more Heroes attending next time! It isn't a great quality picture because I don't have a ninja graphics card, but you might be able to pick yourself out of the crowd!

The Guild bank is doing nicely. We are now half way to buying the 4th Tab, which will cost 1000g. Once we have that it should take the strain off the current tabs, which are always looking a bit crowded!

There is now a rank for Twinks and PvP arena fighters called "Horde Hunter". If you are a twink at 19 or 29 and want to kick some Horde butt in battlegrounds, or if you are interested in forming an Arena group at 70, message me or Mariannesin in game! Mariannesin will be organising the Arena teams and I may be looking for someone to lead a pre-made battleground group...

All members should make themselves familiar with the content of this page.

On an unrelated note, congratulations to everyone on the superb recruitment this week. We have effectively doubled in size over the weekend and if the new recruits stay with us and go on to further recruit more, we will be in an excellent position to take the Guild on to bigger and better things! =)

Also thankyou for your continued donations to the Guild Bank. Keep them coming in, especially donations of Gold. These donations will be saved up to buy the next Bank Tab once we have 1000g, which will further enhance the services the Bank can offer us.

This is just a reminder to all those of you registering on the website, that you should use your IN GAME CHARACTER name to sign up. A lot of the features of the site run from the WOW servers and it will automatically detect your name, level and other information.

As you will all now be aware, Patch 2.3 went live today, and with it a few changes to the game and the Guild.

The first thing you might notice is that the amount of experience needed per level has gone down, so you should find yourself levelling to 70 much faster than you did previously! This is excellent news for everyone trying to get to Outland as quickly as they can! Those of you in the 30-40 bracket might also want to check out Dustwallow Marsh, where there is a new Goblin town called Mudsprocket, and many new quests.

The biggest thing to affect the Guild is the addition of the Guild Bank. This will become active over the next couple of days and the following points will apply:

1. You can access the Guild Bank from any Bank in the world.
2. All ranks will be able to donate gold and items to the bank. Your rank will determine which bank tabs you are able to view.
3. For the first week nothing will be withdrawn from the bank. This will allow us to get a good stockpile of items in there so it isn't running on empty.
4. It is possible the Guild bank will be able to contribute towards the cost of your mount at level 40. The amount to be contributed is yet to be decided, but this will rely on everyone being generous with their money contributions!
5. You will not be able to use the Guild funds to repair your gear. Without a regular income this would become far too expensive far too quickly. If you have any ideas about how this could be implemented successfully, please let an Officer know.
6. Please, if you have any spare time to farm materials for the Guild Bank, it would be very much appreciated. We need all types of profession materials, cloth, potions, reputation giving items, and obviously Greens and Blues are welcome.

There will be a revision of the ranks in the very near future which will mean different ranks have different access priviliges to the bank. If you have any comments/queries/suggestions then please feel free to contact me in game, or on the forums.

You will now find a link to the Guild professions at the top of the page, where you will be able to compare you skill levels with others in the Guild, and also know where to look and who to ask if you need an item crafting for you!

For anyone approaching level 70, you will find in the forums a gear list for every spec of every class, showing all the items you should be seeking. A combination of the items listed will give you the best equipment available before going into Karazhan!
